By booking an appointment or using our services at Ariel Barber & Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth salon experience for all clients.

Booking & Appointments

1. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

✔ Appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone, or in person.
✔ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy

✔ Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
✔ No-show appointments may be charged a full or partial service fee.

Payments & Refunds

1. Accepted Payment Methods

✔ We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.
✔ Payments must be made at the time of service.

2. Refund & Service Satisfaction Policy

✔ We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we will work with you to resolve any concerns.
✔ If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will offer adjustments if necessary.

Client Conduct & Salon Policies

1. Behavior & Expectations in the Salon

✔ We strive to create a relaxing and professional environment.
✔ Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Health & Safety Guidelines

✔ If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions, please inform your stylist before your service.
✔ For health reasons, we reserve the right to decline service if a client shows signs of contagious conditions (e.g., lice, open wounds).

Liability & Disclaimers

1. Service Results & Customer Responsibility

✔ While we strive for perfect results, hair treatments and color services may vary based on hair history, maintenance, and environmental factors.
✔ Clients are responsible for following post-service care recommendations.

2. Allergies & Reactions Disclaimer

✔ We use high-quality professional products, but if you have sensitive skin or allergies, please inform us before your service.
✔ Ariel Barber & Salon is not responsible for allergic reactions or issues caused by failing to disclose medical conditions.
